Mt. View Suite at Pacific Heights Lodge #4

My own mistake was not realizing this was a second floor walk up. Had my 80 year old parents. It was a struggle to get them and luggage up a lot of steps.Very nice place in a good location. Clean and had everything we needed. I didn’t like the coin operated in unit laundry. We didn’t use it as everywhere else had free laundry. The tub is very noisy. Must not be supported well underneath but had good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked. Keep in mind there is no tv other than streaming and the internet was wonky. Router is on the unit below so your at their mercy to reset. We kept all our phones off the internet when trying to watch tv. The men were frustrated trying to watch but that’s not important to everyone so may not matter. Owner was very receptive to trying to help us out.

We rented two condos (the two on the top floor) for our family of ten. It worked out great because we could go from one to the other easily and when the kids went to bed, the adults could hang out in the other condo. There was plenty place was very clean and had many spices, dishes and kitchen appliances and equipment to use for making meals. We were about ten minutes from downtown Seward. It was a great location for exploring and it was very quiet.

Driving to get to the property was a little bit sketchy once you got Seward, but there were other places that were nice once you got closer. The main complaint we would have was that we had to pay for laundry. The grill didn’t work so we couldn’t use it to cook our freshly cut salmon. The neighbors gas ran out so we gave him our tank to use. Well stocked kitchen with all the supplies and beautiful view! Beds were comfortable. The couch was not comfortable at all. We would definitely recommend staying here, but just make sure to bring quarters if you want to use the laundry.

Great place with everything you need! New and super clean. Very comfortable and spacious! Host communication and check in process couldn’t be easier! Has to be one of the nicest places in Seward!
